C. H. – Eugen, what is the current situation on the real estate market in Chisinau and Moldova?

HE. – Prices are increasing, they have been increasing since 2019. Demand is high, offers are few, which brings us to the current situation.

C. H. – According to your forecasts, will prices continue to rise or will this rise stop?

HE. - At the moment there are several factors that convince us that prices will rise in the near future. First – low mortgage rates, lack of new construction land in the city center, demand, customer investment appetite and more.

C. H. – From your experience, which are the most requested real estate objects?

HE. – The most requested offers are, obviously, the center, the Râșcani sector, apartments in new blocks with one room and two rooms.

C. H. – What would you recommend to potential buyers?

HE. – The best time to buy was in 2019, the second best time is now.
