Tariffs
If you work in the territory of the Republic of Moldova or abroad:
- up to 150,000 EUR / USD;
- term up to 30 years;
- financing up to 100% of the property value;

- For a loan of 30,000 euros with a term of 20 years, you will pay approximately 300.02 euros monthly, with an APR of 11.02%.
APR USD – from 10.90%;
- For a loan of 30,000 dollars with a term of 20 years, you will pay approximately 298.20 dollars monthly, with an APR of 10.90%.

The following documents are required for mortgage application:
Employment contract
The employment contract must be translated into the official language by an authorized translator (except for documents in Romanian, Russian, and English).
Payroll statement and mandatory bank statement
An extract from the Real Estate Register and documents confirming the right of ownership to the property offered as collateral can be requested from the Agency for State Services or the territorial cadastral office.
