First of all, there is no need to panic. No one will take your apartment away from you. The document can and should be restored, and it is advisable not to delay this.

In order to apply for the restoration of an apartment privatization order, you need to prepare a certain list of documents, namely:
1. An extract from your personal account (from the housing department or the Association);
2. An extract from the apartment card (from the housing department or the Association);
3. Copies of identity cards of all adult family members indicated in the personal account;
4. Copies of birth certificates of children indicated in the personal account;
5. Copies of the marriage certificate or its dissolution;
6. A copy of the decision to issue a warrant from the Archive Service;
7. Address certificate from the Population Registration and Documentation Department (multifunctional center) for retired family members specified in the order;
8. Certificate of characteristics for the apartment from the Territorial Cadastral Office.
Important: In order for you to be fully prepared, we recommend that you make copies of the documents from points 1, 2, 7, 8 in advance.
