Real Estate Registry Extract

The Real Estate Registry Extract and documents confirming the ownership right to the pledged property can be requested from the State Services Agency or the Territorial Cadastre Administration.

The provided extract should not exceed 60 days from the date of issue.

Appraisal Report

Property appraisal report, offered as collateral for the mortgage, can be ordered independently. If you are applying for financing at the maib Mortgage Center, you can order the report right there. The list of appraisal companies approved by maib can be found by following the link.

Loan balance certificate

A certificate confirming the available balance of the current loan can be requested from the financial institution that issued the loan.

Second rank letter

The letter is requested from the previous bank regarding the subsequent pledge only for real estate that was acquired before March 1, 2019.
